White Chicken karhai

Ingredients :

chicken 1 kg
black pepper powder to taste
salt to taste
yogurt 1 bowl
cream 1 bowl or ready made 1 packet
ginger long very thin cutting 2 table spoon
green chillies 4 to 5 round cutting or to taste
coriander half bunch
oil 1 cup
Cumin seeds 2 Tbsp
black pepper corns 5 to 6

Method:

Heat oil and add chicken in it.
Add ginger and fry chicken for 15 minutes on medium flame
Add water about half a cup n cook it well till the chicken is tender
Add salt , pepper corns, black pepper powder, cumin and green chillies .
fry it and mix properly
Add yogurt in the chicken 
Add cream to it n fresh coriander

Serve with naan or chapati
